Refund policy

At Grain Glory, we deliver farm-fresh, hygienically packed food and consumable products - so we follow a strict No Return & No Cancellation Policy once delivery is successful.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns after an order has been delivered.

  • A return or replacement will be considered only if the product is physically damaged, leaking, torn, or spilled at the time of delivery.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for return consideration:
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• You must share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and outer packaging. 

How to Request a Return:
Email us at grainglory.help@gmail.com with the required photos/videos. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.

Non-Returnable Situations:
Returns are not accepted for: 

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste or preference issues

  • Minor packaging dents that don’t affect product quality

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Refunds / Replacements:
If your return is approved, you may be offered a replacement or refund (at our discretion). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed due to the sourcing and quality processes involved.
