We source our products from our own farms and trusted farmers from our village and nearby areas, and bring them directly to consumers.

3️⃣ Are your products natural?

Yes.

Our products are naturally grown and minimally processed.

We do not add artificial colours or unnecessary additives.

4️⃣ Are Grain Glory products medicines or supplements?

No.

Our products are food and herbal blends, not medicines.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

5️⃣ Can everyone consume your products?

Our products are suitable for normal adult consumption as part of a balanced diet.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

6️⃣ How should the products be stored?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Keep the pouch tightly closed after use.

7️⃣ Do you test or check quality before packing?

Yes.

Every batch is carefully selected, cleaned and packed to maintain hygiene and quality before shipping.

8️⃣ Do you offer returns or refunds?

We currently do not accept returns after delivery.

However, if you receive a damaged or leaked product, you can raise a support ticket by emailing us at grainglory.help@gmail.com with images within 24 hours of delivery.

9️⃣ Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed and processed, cancellation is not possible, as each order requires careful preparation and packaging.

Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 working days, and delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
