Grain Glory


At Grain Glory, we take pride in delivering farm-fresh, hygienically packed products directly from farmers to customers. Due to the nature of food and consumable items, we follow a strict No Return & No Cancellation Policy, except in rare and genuine cases mentioned below.


🔁 Returns


We do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered.


However, a return or replacement will be considered only under the following condition:


The product received is physically damaged, leaking, torn, or spilled at the time of delivery.


Important Conditions for Return Eligibility:


The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.


Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and outer packaging must be provided.

Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 working days.


❌ Non-Returnable Items


Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:


Change of mind after delivery


Taste or preference issues


Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control


Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality


Incorrect address provided by the customer


💸 Refunds / Replacements


If the return request is approved, we may offer:


A replacement product, or


A refund, at our sole discretion.


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.


🚫 Order Cancellation Policy


Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed.


This is because each order involves:


Careful sourcing from farmers


Hygienic handling and quality checks


Packaging, labeling, and logistics setup


Significant effort and cost are involved immediately after an order is confirmed, making cancellations unfeasible.


📦 Shipping Responsibility


Grain Glory ensures that all products are packed securely before dispatch.


However, damages caused during transit must be reported as per the return conditions mentioned above.
